We follow strict guidelines and security procedures relating to any information you give us. All personal information will strictly be used for mutual buisness only between ourselves (code3models.co.uk) and you (the customer).
code3models.co.uk and or its staff will NEVER release or pass on any information about you to a third party under any circumstance whatsoever.
RETURNS POLICY
code3models.co.uk want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason you may return it to us.
When your delivery arrives please make sure you sign for the package as 'UNCHECKED'...........write the word unchecked next to your signature.
code3modesl.co.uk are unable to accept returned goods if .......
A/....you have not notified us within 48 hours after recieving the delivery.
B/....original manufacturers ties and seals have been removed or tampered with.
C/....goods have been used.
code3models.co.uk shall not be liable in any way shape or form for postage costs either to or from yourself when sending out or returning goods to you.
Subject to our agreement and after inspection by code3models.co.uk a replacement or refund will be given.
A/....any refund as payment will be subject to a 5% handling charge and will be refunded using the same method as your original order.
B/....replacement goods will be subject to postal costs which must be made to us by you before goods can be re-sent out.
CHECKLIST BEFORE RETURNING ITEM.
1..........CONTACT US WITHIN 48 HOURS FOR CLEARANCE.
2..........INCLUDE A NOTE WITH ALL CONTACT DETAILS WE REQUIRE,YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS,TELEPHONE NUMBER, EMAIL ADDRESS AND REASON FOR RETURNING ITEM.
3..........REPACKAGE IN ORIGINAL STURDY PACKAGING (UNLESS THIS WAS DAMAGED) AND RETURN TO US AT YOUR EXPENSE WITHIN 7 DAYS(UK) OR 14 DAYS(ROW).
code3models.co.uk will email you once we recieve the model.
non faulty goods must arrive with us in saleable condition-ie:unused/original seals,perfect packaging,etc.
refund as payment will be sent after inspection of goods and will be subject to a 5% handling charge(no refund given on postal costs).
If you have returned a damaged item to us we will replace with the same model type and colour(minus postal costs) once a claim has been settled with our carriers.
If code3models.co.uk are unable to supply same item for any reason then we will contact you via email and refund to you the amount which carrier gives us.
This refund will be subject to a 5% handling charge.(no refund given on postal costs)
